Friendly staff, they go above and beyond if there isn't a book out I need they check and see if it's stocked. Or they always let me know when it will be in and if I need to order it online.

Was a little nervous, but that just meant I had to do it. I was told by the technician that some of the biggest men can't handle it. It felt like frying grease on the skin.

I don’t know why I don’t come as often as I should. My visit here was great simply because I found an amazing deal on a north face coat for this winter. I’m really surprised at the deals they have and inventory. Although I am not thrilled about the typical long lines I do have to recognize that on the evening I went the line went quickly.

Great place to shop, Kirkland, Old Navy and Ross to name a few of the stores. The only thing I didn't like was the traffic, but hey your in San Antonio

Gotta mention how much we enjoy "Iced Up" on the premises of Alamo Ranch! And because I can't find their official Google maps page... I figured I would leave it here and hopefully they, the employees, could come across it. Many snacks to choose from including cold treats that are sweet and delicious! I can't wait to go back to Iced Up!

Barnes & Noble at Alamo Ranch is one of the better places in the San Antonio area if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable bookstore with a relaxed atmosphere. Parking is ample and easy, which makes stopping in with kids or on a busy day much less stressful. Inside, the store is consistently clean, well-lit, and thoughtfully laid out. The overall vibe is cozy and welcoming without feeling cramped or chaotic. It’s a place where you can take your time browsing and not feel rushed. One thing that really works well here is the kids’ area. The LEGO section and the children’s book section are right next to each other, which is perfect for families. The kids love riffling through the books, checking out the LEGO sets, and bouncing back and forth between the two while parents can actually browse nearby without chasing them all over the store. The staff has always been helpful and approachable whenever we’ve needed assistance, and interactions feel genuine rather than scripted. The café is another plus—good coffee, friendly baristas, and a nice spot to sit down and unwind with a book. Overall, this Barnes & Noble feels like more than just a retail stop. It’s a comfortable, well-run space that works equally well for families, casual readers, or anyone looking for a quiet place to slow down for a bit. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the Alamo Ranch area

I came to the Sketchers store here because I was lied to by a passive aggressive black man at the 5751 Northwest loop 410 location. I was amazed by how the whole area, not just the store here looked. It was clean and the area looked friendly. The staff was extra helpful and seemed fully genuinely happy to assist us. So much that the Sketchers store manager, Adam, addressed all my comments, questions, and concerns from not only this store, but the other store as well. He found me a great deal for the same items I wanted from the other store. Unfortunately the military discount was not added, but he did give me a higher online coupon offer. I, as well as my family, felt like valued customers by Adam and his team. Thank you guys.
